Most things relating to a region can be configured via the Scenebuilder Modify Region and Modify Region Flags dialogs.

“Do not record visit” - this stops the locale updating the “last location” on the avatar, used for where to return to on login. This would be useful to set on maze locales, where a last-resort disconnect will return an avatar to the start.
